Better than all the other bags I’ve tried. Very happy with my purchase
I drove up to their location and purchased the belt and two bags. One was custom so they said they would ship the custom bag out to me. Using our billing address for shipping address, which was double clarified in person. All interactions I had were pleasant and the product I do have is great. But I had to drive there to get it. Cost after having my bag made was about $100. It’s been over a month and has been sent to a city well over a hour away that i have no affiliation with. I have called boulder bag and told I need to figure it out. Get with USPS when I clarified in person I want UPS, and they verify with tracking number yep it was sent to a random address in another city well over a hour away!! There is nothing they can do and now boulder bag is dodging calls. Called multiple times and left message and my lady has sent E-mails and no response. Been over a month and apparently I am just SOL.
