First of all, customer service is first rate. Better than first rate. I won't go into the whole story, but even know it was my error, they took care of me very quickly and were very trusting when they didn't have to be.
Now the bags. I purchased the best electricians bags. WOW. I absolutely love them. No velcro hassle. Easy to deal with and the bag layout is awesome.
I was using the gator system everyone brags about. Well, I haven't cursed so much in years just from dealing with those crazy bags. By the way, I have a set of gator bags and harness for sale cheap cause I'm spoiled now from the Boulder set up.

Everything is good and comfortable. But only thing is two pouches on the side getting scratch from pants when wear it. Material made different between old one and new one maybe. Not solid nylon.

I immediately felt the comfort of the bags and how light they were compared to my last bags. Even when fully packed they are extremely comfortable. The suspenders are very helpful and great as well. Also, really great colors for a little personalization.
Once it breaks itself in a bit more I’m sure I’ll enjoy it more. But it’s head and shoulders better than my last tool bags.
